ID 16-558 Metro Council Agenda for May 12, 2016 Attachments: FINAL MC CC Agenda for 05-12-16 Special Discussion President Yates recognized Mike O'Connell, Jefferson County Attorney, who introduced Stephanie Malone as a new Assistant Jefferson County Attorney who will work with the Metro Council. 3. ID 16-561 Jason Ballard and Nick Koulongis, Department of Information Technology - Metro Comprehensive Computer Program Mr. Ballard introduced Nick Koulongis, who oversees the Metro Deptartment of Information Technology Executive Support Team and provided an update on the Metro Comprehensive Computer Program. Executive Session A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member Fowler to enter into Executive Session to deliberate pending litigation. Without objection the Committee entered Executive Session at 5:35 PM. A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Council Member Butler to return to open session to continue the regular committee meeting at 5:56 PM.
