A motion was made by Chair Person Yates, seconded by Committee Member Aubrey Welch, to enter into executive session to deliberate pending litigation. Without objection, the committee entered executive session at 5:55 p.m. A motion was made by Committee Member Aubrey Welch, seconded by Committee Member Blackwell, to reconvene to the regular Committee session and adjourn at 6:07pm.
