President James introduced Todd Dunn, Louisville Central Labor Council, to speak. President James provided the following announcements: - City Hall phones will be used for Emergency Broadcast System and training will be conducted - CPR/First Aid Classes will be offered to Council staff on March 20th Council Member Green announced that the Mayor is no longer signing Resolutions that are being sent to the General Assembly.
