ID 18-0660 Council Member Woolridge introduced Teena Halbig, who spoke to the Committee regarding Ordinance (O-071-18) AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT FROM REQUESTING SALARY HISTORY FROM JOB APPLICANTS. Review of Metro Council Agenda President James explained the Special Legislation on the agenda. Because both being Resolutions, the Council may decide to vote on them after the first reading. Council Member Flood announced that "Plan 2040" will be before the Planning and Zoning Committee on the 15th.
