ID 18-0746 Brian Buford, UL LGBTQ Center Mr. Buford provided an update on the UL LGBTQ Center. 4. ID 18-1000 Jefferson County Attorney's Office (JCAO) and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to submit the budget report for the last three months on settlements over $1,000,000. Prior to the meeting it was concluded that the following update did not require the committee to be in Closed Session. Sarah Martin, Jefferson County Attorney's Office and Daniel Frockt, Office of Management and Budget, provided the update. Closed Session A motion was made by Council Member Green, seconded by Council Member Benson, to enter a Closed Session to discuss pending litigation with the Metro Council Attorney. Without objection, the committee entered Closed Session at 5:40 PM. 5. ID 18-1040 Pending Litigation with Metro Council Attorney Resume Open Session A motion was made by Council Member Benson, seconded by Council Member Fowler, to resume the Open Session. Without objection the Committee resumed the Open Session at 5:58 PM. President James announced that know final action was taken during the Closed Session.
