A motion was made by Committee Member Flood, seconded by Committee Member Engel, to move into a Closed Session to discuss the threat of litigation. The motion to move into Closed Session carried by a voice vote at 5:52 p.m. President James called for a motion to reconvene the open session. A motion was made by Committee Member Dorsey, seconded by Committee Member Shanklin to reconvene the open session. The motion to reconvene the open session carried by a voice vote at 6:05 p.m. Pursuant to KRS 61.815(1)(c), no final action regarding personnel matters was taken during the Closed Session.
