ID 19-1386 Closed Session - Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(c) Pursuant to KRS 61.810(1)(f), President James called for a motion to move into a Closed Session to discuss personnel matters. A motion was made by Committee Member Shanklin, seconded by Committee Member Fox, to move into a Closed Session to discuss personnel matters. The motion to move into Closed Session carried by a voice vote at 5:50 p.m. President James called for a motion to reconvene the open session. A motion was made by Committee Member Sexton Smith, seconded by Committee Member Piagentini, to reconvene the open session. The motion to reconvene the open session carried by a voice vote at 5:57 p.m. Pursuant to KRS 61.815(1)(c), no final action regarding personnel matters was taken during the Closed Session.
