He also spoke about provisions regarding any disruptions in remote access for Council Members, which would require a temporary suspension of the meeting, and the time allotted to regain remote access before the meeting resumes. Review of Metro Council Agenda Council President James reviewed the Metro Council agenda. The Clerk confirmed that there were four Addresses to Council. Council Member Flood briefly reviewed item 45 (O-340-19), and stated that there were also several zoning cases and none were contentious. Council Member Coan gave a brief overview of item 52 (O-212-20). Council President James reminded the Council Members to pick up their allotment of masks that were donated by UPS. Closed Session A motion was made by Council Triplett, seconded by Council Member Piagentini, that the Committee enter into closed session, pursuant to KRS 61.810(c), to discuss pending litigation. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into closed session at 5:21 p.m. --- A motion was made by Council Member Piagentini, seconded by Council Member Engel, that the Committee reconvene in open session. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee reconvened in open session at 6:24 p.m. Council President James explained that, pursuant to KRS 61.815(1)(c), no final action was taken during the closed session.
