Closed Session President James entertained a motion, pursuant to KRS 61.810, to enter into a Closed Session to deliberate personnel matters and pending litigation. A motion was made by Council Member Sexton Smith, seconded by Council Member Leet to enter into a Closed Session. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 1:38 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Hamilton, seconded by Council Member Sexton Smith to resume the Regular Session. Without objection the Committee resumed the Regular Session at 3:19 PM.
