The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee entered into Closed Session at 1:38 PM. A motion was made by Council Member Hamilton, seconded by Council Member Sexton Smith to resume the Regular Session. Without objection the Committee resumed the Regular Session at 3:19 PM.
