Roll Call President James introduced the committee members present. A quorum was established. Present: 4- Council President David James (D-6), Vice Chair Pat Mulvihill (D-10), Committee Member Jessica Green (D-1), and Committee Member Kevin Kramer (R-11) Excused: 1- Committee Member James Peden (R-23) Clerk(s) Jess Helton, Deputy Clerk Closed Session for Personnel Matters Pursuant to KRS 61.810, Section (1) (f), President James called for a motion to move into a Closed Session to discuss personnel matters. A motion was made by Committee Member Green, seconded by Committee Member Kramer, to move into a Closed Session to discuss personnel matters. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee moved into Closed Session at 2:37 PM. President James called for a motion to reconvene the regular session. A motion was made by Committee Member Kramer, seconded by Committee Member Green, to reconvene the regular session. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Committee reconvened at 4:02 PM. Pursuant to KRS 61.815 (1) (c), no final action regarding personnel matters was taken during the Closed Session.
