that the October 1, 2014 DRC minutes be approved. The motion was carried by

A motion was made by Committee Member Kirchdorfer, seconded by Peterson,
that tWaiver No. 2, waiver from chapter 5.12.2 of the Land Development Code
to provide only a portion of the required amenity area, be approved. The
motion carried unanimously.

A motion was maded by Committee member Kirchdorfer and seconded by
Peterson that the Category 3 Plan be approved. The motion carried
unanimously.
