DRC_Minutes_100114 A motion was made by Committee member Brown and seconded by Peterson that the October 1, 2014 DRC minutes be approved. The motion was carried by the following vote: Yes - Brown and Peterson Abstain - Kirchdorfer and Tomes New Business 2. 14DEVPLAN1109 Request: Category 3 Plan for construction of a mini-warehouse development Project Name: Paramount Mini-Warehouses Location: 6651 Paramount Park Dr. Owner: Jass Realty Co., LLC. Applicant: Same Representative: Michael Evans, PE. Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 21- Dan Johnson Case Manager: Latondra Yates, Planner II A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Peterson, that the Category 3 Plan be approved. The motion carried unanimously. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 4- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Kirchdorfer, Chair Person Tomes and Peterson A motion was made by Committee Member Kirchdorfer, seconded by Peterson, that tWaiver No. 2, waiver from chapter 5.12.2 of the Land Development Code to provide only a portion of the required amenity area, be approved. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 4- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Kirchdorfer, Chair Person Tomes and Peterson A motion was maded by Committee member Kirchdorfer and seconded by Peterson that the Category 3 Plan be approved.
