foot continuous screen from the property perimeter LBA, be approved. The
motion carried unanimously.

to waive the 35 ft. LBA, plantings and screen along the east property line, LDC
Sec. 10.2.4; Waiver 4 to waive the 10 ft. VUA LBA, plantings and screen along
the west property line, LDC Sec. 10.2.10; and Waiver 5 to allow the easements
to overlap the LBA by more than 50%, LDC Sec. 10.2.4. The motion carried
unanimously.
