The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 4- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Kirchdorfer, Chair Person Tomes and Peterson Absent: 1- Committee Member White A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Peterson, that the Waiver of Sec. 10.2.10 of the LDC to not provide the required VUA LBA along the existing parking lot along Kenwood Dr., be approved. LBA, plantings and screen along the north property line, LDC Sec. 10.2.4; Waiver 3, to waive the 35 ft. LBA, plantings and screen along the east property line, LDC Sec. 10.2.4; Waiver 4 to waive the 10 ft. VUA LBA, plantings and screen along the west property line, LDC Sec. 10.2.10; and Waiver 5 to allow the easements to overlap the LBA by more than 50%, LDC Sec. 10.2.4. The motion carried unanimously.
