DRC_Mins_06171 5 A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Vice Chair Peterson, that the June 17, 2015 DRC minutes be approved with a correction to page 34 - Case No. 15WAIVER1006 will be Deferred to the July 15, 2015 DRC meeting. The motion carried with one abstention. Yes: 3- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Kirchdorfer and Vice Chair Peterson Absent: 2- Chair Person Tomes and Committee Member White Abstain: 1- Blake New Business 2. 15WAIVER1015 Request: Waiver to allow an LED sign to be closer than 300’ to a residential zoning district Project Name: Park Community Credit Union Location: 13011 Factory Ln.
