A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee
Member Peterson, that 15WAIVER1010, Waiver #2, to allow an existing sanitary
sewer & drainage easement and a utility easement to encroach more than 50%
into the required 15' Landscape Buffer Area (LBA) along a portion of the north
perimeter and the entire west perimeter be recommended to the City of
Jeffersontown for approval. The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee
Member Peterson, that 15WAIVER1010, Waiver #3, to reduce the required 15'
Landscape Buffer Area (LBA) to 8' along the north perimeter be recommended
to the City of Jeffersontown for approval. The motion carried unanimously.
A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee
Member Peterson, that 15WAIVER1010, Waiver #4, to waive the maximum
distance required for the Interior Landscape Area (ILA) be recommended to the
City of Jeffersontown for approval. The motion carried unanimously.
