A motion was made by Committee Member Peterson, seconded by Committee Member Brown, to approve the minutes of the September 2, 2015 Development Review Committee meeting. The motion carried by a unanimous vote. New Business 15MISC1006 Request: Waivers to not provide a sidewalk along Knopp Avenue and Melton Avenue; to not provide the required perimeter and VUA landscape buffers; to not provide the loading area screen plantings; and to allow a reduction of the provided tree canopy.
