The motion carried unanimously. Generator testing shall take place no earlier than 10:30 a.m. and shall be concluded before 5:00 p.m.,not more than 2 hours/day and not more than 2 days/week. These shall be weekdays, not weekends. 2. A fence shall be installed for the purposes of sound/noise mitigation and the fence shall be instlled prior to the installation of the generators on top of the berm as depicted at the October 19, 2016 DRC meeting. The fence will be double-sided with sound insulation unless the applicant has better proposal which would be staff approvable, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.
