A motion was made by Vice Chair Carlson, seconded by Committee Member

5.9.2.A.1.b.ii to not provide a vehicular and pedestrian connection to the site to
the north ON CONDITION that a binding element be added to the plan to state
if the use of this site changes from a storage facility, the vehicular and
pedestrian connections will be provided, be granted. The motion carried
unanimously.

revised for an alternate non-storage facility use, then a drive connection to the
north shall be included under a Revised Development Plan, be approved. The
motion carried unanimously.

additional binding elements: 1. Generator testing shall take place no earlier
than 10:30 a.m. and shall be concluded before 5:00 p.m.,not more than 2
hours/day and not more than 2 days/week. These shall be weekdays, not
weekends. 2. A fence shall be installed for the purposes of sound/noise
mitigation and the fence shall be instlled prior to the installation of the
generators on top of the berm as depicted at the October 19, 2016 DRC
meeting. The fence will be double-sided with sound insulation unless the
applicant has better proposal which would be staff approvable, be approved.
