storage area and the reconfiguration of an egress at Hillcrest Ave. and
ingress/egress at Pennsylvania Ave. for the Louisville Water Co. located at the
Crescent Hill Treatment Plant, is in substantial compliance to Cornerstone
2020 however, would like consideration particularly with the Community
Forum and Land Use planned elements within Cornerstone 2020 to not
undermind the pedestrian accessibility surrounding the site by minimizing the
impact the new driveway would have for the surrounding residents and that
they would maintain pedestrian accessibility during the duration of the project
in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices and the
Encroachment Permit Policy from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet and
the applicant has made considerations for the surrounding neighborhood by
providing landscaping and improvements to the design of the building to meet
the requirements for Cornerstone 2020. The motion carried as follows:
