The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 3- Commissioner Carlson, Commissioner Robinson and Commissioner Brown Absent: 2- Commissioner Smith and Commissioner Tomes Louisville Metro Government Page 3 Development Review Committee Action Summary July 31, 2019 A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Robinson, that the waiver from the Land Development Code section 5.4.1.E.3 to allow access to an accessory structure from the primary street where alley access is available because alley access is not feasible at this point. It is an underimproved alley and inviting additional traffic could adversely affect the adjoining property owners, this is the minimum required to provide access to the garage because access from the alley would be inaccessible by most typical vehicles be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Robinson, that the Revised General and Detailed District Development Plan be approved.
