waiver of the Land Development Code LDC 8.2.1.D.4 to permit a changing
image sign to exceed the maximum limit of 30% of the total sign area and a
waiver from the LDC 8.2.1.D.6 to permit a changing image sign to be located
closer than 300 feet from a residentially zoned district be approved on the
following conditions of approval: the sign is turned of from dusk until dawn 7
days a week; the frequency will change no more than once a minute; there
will be no animation on the sign; and a license agreement is received from
Metro Public Works for the sign to be in the right-of-way prior to the
installation of the sign. The motion carried by the following vote:
