The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Commissioner Brown, Commissioner Seitz, Commissioner Mims, Commissioner Carlson and Lewis Waiver #3 A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Seitz, that the requested Waiver #3 from 10.2.11 to not provide required total ILA area on the site (20-WAIVER-0082) for this case be approved.
