DRC_Minutes_02.17.21 Approval of the minutes of the February 17, 2021 Development Review Committee meeting. A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Seitz, that the minutes from the February 17, 2021 Development Review Committee meeting be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Old Business 2. 20-DDP-0081 Request: Revised Detailed District Development Plan with a pedestrian connection waiver Project Name: Feeders Supply rear addition Location: 6820 Bardstown Road Owner: Cedar Springs FC I & II, LLC Applicant: Cedar Springs FC I & II, LLC Representative: Jason Hall PE, Prism Engineering & Design Group Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 22 - Robin Engel Case Manager: Molly Clark, Planner I A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Seitz, that the requested Waiver from 5.9.2.A.1.b.i (21-Waiver-0008) to provide pedestrian access from the adjacent public right of way through the site to the existing building be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Commissioner Mims, Commissioner Clare, Commissioner Seitz, Commissioner Brown and Commissioner Carlson A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Seitz, that the requested Revised Detailed District Development Plan be approved. Jurisdiction: City of Hurstbourne Council District: 18- Marilyn Parker Case Manager: Julia Williams, AICP, Planning Supervisor A motion was made by Commissioner Brown, seconded by Commissioner Seitz, that the requested Revised Detailed District Development Plan be recommended to the City of Hurstbourne for approval.
