A motion was made by Commissioner Bajandas, seconded by Commissioner Haskins, that the Minutes of the April 21, 2016 Historic Landmarks and Preservation Districts Commission be APPROVED, with a CORRECTION as noted by Commissioner Hartman in regard to Case Number NR_1002_16 (Commissioner Hartman was RECUSED from voting on this case). The motion carried by a unanimous vote. NOTE: Commissioner Owen was not present, therefore, did not vote on the Approval of Minutes. Cynthia Johnson provided an overview of the Mayor's Historic Preservation Advisory Task Force. Ms. Johnson stated the first meeting would be held on Monday, May 23, 2016 in Room 101 of the Metro Development Center, and the meeting schedule would be set at that time. No vote or action was taken on this case. 5.
