A motion was made by Commissioner Stottman, seconded by Commissioner Haskins, that the Minutes from the March 21, 2019 Historic Landmarks & Preservation Districts Commission be APPROVED. Martin Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Government Council District: 8-Brandon Coan Case Manager: Cynthia Elmore, Historic Preservation Officer A motion was made by Commissioner Hartman, seconded by Commissioner Liu, in Case Number 18COA1328, Appeal of Cherokee Triangle ARC Decision, to Uphold the Appeal, and OVERTURN the Denial by the Cherokee Triangle Architectural Review Committee and APPROVE the original application, based upon the Staff Report, and SUBJECT to the following Condition of Approval: Condition of Approval: 1. Any future public art installations or new construction requiring a Certificate of Appropriateness shall be reviewed and approved by the Cherokee Triangle Architectural Review Committee.
