R-090-14 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING ALL BUT 2.996 ACRES OF OTTER CREEK PARK LOCATED IN MEADE COUNTY, KENTUCKY, SHOWN ON EXHIBIT A ATTACHED HERETO, OWNED BY LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“METRO GOVERNMENT”) THE GOVERNMENTAL SUCCESSOR TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AS NO LONGER NEEDED AND NO LONGER PRACTICAL FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS CONVEYANCE TO THE COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, FOR THE USE AND BENEFIT OF THE KENTUCKY DEPARTMENT OF FISH AND WILDLIFE RESOURCES FOR $65,000.00 AND THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OF THE PARK FOR PUBLIC RECREATION. R-092-14 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING A PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1835 SOUTH BROOK STREET TO BE OWNED BY LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“METRO GOVERNMENT”) AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER. (AMENDED BY SUBSTITUTION) (Action Required By: October 2014) Sponsors: Marianne Butler (D-15) A motion was made by Council Member Butler, seconded by Council Member Scott, that this Resolution be recommended for approval by the Metro Council. A motion to amend was made by Council Member Butler and seconded by Vice Chair Benson that this Resolution be amended by substitution. By a voice vote, the motion carried and the Resolution was amendeed by substitution. By a voice vote, the Resolution as amended by substitution passed and was sent to Old Busienss. 3. R-093-14 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRANTING OF LOCAL INDUCEMENTS TO ANGEL’S SHARE BRANDS, LLC AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES PURSUANT TO KRS CHAPTER 154, SUBCHAPTER 32. (Action Required by: October 2014) Sponsors: David Tandy (D-4) A motion was made by Council Member Butler, seconded by Council Member Scott, that this Resolution be recommended for approval by the Metro Council.
