Chairman Tandy called the meeting to order at 2:00 p.m. and introduced the
members and non members of the Committee that were present. A quorum was
established.

LOCATED AT 1835 SOUTH BROOK STREET TO BE OWNED BY
LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT

GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER.

substitution.
