Call to Order
Chairman Tandy called the meeting to order at 2:05 p.m. and introduced the
members and non members of the Committee that were present. A quorum was
established.
Roll Call
Present: 4- Chair Person David Tandy (D-4), Vice Chair Stuart Benson (R-20), Council
Member Attica Scott (D-1), and Council Member Marianne Butler (D-15)
