R-167-14 A RESOLUTION PURSUANT TO THE CAPITAL AND OPERATING BUDGET ORDINANCES APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION TO FUND THE FOLLOWING NONCOMPETITIVELY NEGOTIATED RENEWAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CONTRACT - (LOUISVILLE AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE INC. D/B/A GREATER LOUISVILLE INC. - $300,000.00). (Action Required By: January 2015) Sponsors: David Tandy (D-4) A motion was made by Vice Chair Benson, seconded by Council Member Fleming, that this Resolution be recommended for approval by the Metro Council.
