Metro will recieve .556 of the 1% tax and Jeffersontown will receive .444 of the 1% tax." The motion carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the Resolution as amended was sent to Old Business. 5. R-267-14 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING TWO (2) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF W. MUHAMMAD ALI BOULEVARD, 30TH STREET AND W. MARKET STREET AND OWNED BY LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“METRO GOVERNMENT”) AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER.
