Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and introduced the
members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established.

James, that this Resolution be amended by adding the following at the end of
Section 2: "The 1% local occupational tax will be split with Jeffersontown,
Kentucky. Metro will recieve .556 of the 1% tax and Jeffersontown will receive
.444 of the 1% tax." The motion carried by a voice vote.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the
Resolution as amended was sent to Old Business.
