Chair Person Butler called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and introduced
members and non-members that were present. A quorum was established.

OF THE LOUISVILLE DOWNTOWN MANAGEMENT DISTRICT.
Chair Person Butler opened the public hearing.
Rebecca Matheny, Louisville Downtown Management, spoke to this item and
presented a PowerPoint presentation.
With no one else present to speak Chair Person Butler closed the public
hearing.
