REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2008 (SPALDING UNIVERSITY, INC. PROJECT), THE
PROCEEDS OF WHICH WERE LOANED TO SPALDING UNIVERSITY, INC. AND TAKING
OTHER RELATED ACTION. (Action Required By: April 2016)
