R-188-15 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THREE (3) PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1300 AND 1306 BARDSTOWN ROAD AND OWNED BY LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT (“METRO GOVERNMENT”) AS SURPLUS AND NOT NEEDED FOR A GOVERNMENTAL PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING ITS TRANSFER. R-195-15 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ACCEPT A DONATION FROM THE GREATER LOUISVILLE ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 TO BE ADMINISTERED BY DEVELOP LOUISVILLE. (Action Required By: April 2016) Sponsors:Marianne Butler (D-15) A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Resolution be recommended for approval. Jim Mims, Develop Louisville, spoke to the item. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar. 4. O-332-15 AN ORDINANCE OF THE LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AUTHORIZING A SECOND SUPPLEMENT TO THE INDENTURE OF TRUST RELATING TO METRO GOVERNMENT’S VARIABLE RATE DEMAND INDUSTRIAL BUILDING REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 2008 (SPALDING UNIVERSITY, INC. PROJECT), THE PROCEEDS OF WHICH WERE LOANED TO SPALDING UNIVERSITY, INC. AND TAKING OTHER RELATED ACTION. (Action Required By: April 2016) Sponsors:Marianne Butler (D-15) Attachments: O-332-15 ATTACH EXHIBIT A A motion was made by Council Member James, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval.
