ID 15-1168 Rebecca Matheny - Topic: Economic Improvement Plan for the Louisville Downtown Partnership. Attachments: 10-27-15 2015 Annual Report Final 10-27-15 Recommended 2016 LDMD Operating Budget 10-27-15 Operating Budget Recommendation 10-27-15 2016 Budget & Economic Improvement Plan Rebecca Matheny, Louisville Downtown Management, spoke to this item and presented a PowerPoint presentation. Ms. Matheny requested an approval for " Recommended 2016 LDMD Operating Budget" and "The 2016 Budget & Economic Improvement Plan". Although the Committee obtained a motion and second for the approval of both items and a voice vote, the items require approval by the full Metro Council. After the Committee adjourned, the Clerk's Office communicated with the Louisville Downtown Management office and informed them of this requirement. Therefore, the Committee approval was not sufficient and legislation will need to be drafted to bring before the full Metro Council. Pending Legislation 2.
