Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.

A motion was made by Committee Member Engel, seconded by Committee
Member Butler, that the Resolution be recommended for approval.
Mike Kimmel, Waterfront Development Corporation, spoke to the item.
A technical error was found in the title of the Resolution and the title
subsequently was changed from "one (1) parcel" to "two (2) parcels".
The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent
Calendar.

THE INTERSECTION OF W. MUHAMMAD ALI BOULEVARD, 30TH STREET AND W.
