A quorum was established. O-293-16 AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING AND APPROVING A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (EFFECTIVE AUGUST 5, 2016 THROUGH JUNE 30, 2022) RELATING TO WAGES, BENEFITS AND OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT BETWEEN LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AND THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF FIREMEN & OILERS DISTRICT OF LOCAL 32BJ/SEIU CHAPTER 320. Sponsors:Primary Cheri Bryant Hamilton (D-5) Attachments: Firemen and Oilers CBA 2016 A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Vice Chair Benson, that this Ordinance be recommended for approval. Ebony Harris, Office of Management and Budget, spoke to this item. The motion carried by the following vote and the Ordinance was sent to the Consent Calendar: Yes: 5- Hamilton, Mulvihill, Butler, Benson, and Engel 4. O-261-16 AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW CHAPTER OF THE LOUISVILLE METRO CODE OF ORDINANCES REQUIRING THE REGISTRATION OF RENTAL HOUSING UNITS AND ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS.
