Roll Call Chair Person Hamilton introduced the committee members and non-committee members. A quorum was established. Council Member Mulvihill arrived at 4:05 PM. ID 16-1591 West Louisville Community Council - Ramona Lindsey Ramona Lindsey and Marshall Gazaway provided information and answered questions from the Committee. 2. ID 16-1585 Public Hearing pursuant to KRS 65.7051 on the Development Plan for the Fourth and Guthrie Development Area. Chair Person Hamilton opened the public hearing at 4:04 PM. The following spoke in favor of the proposal: - Laura Ferguson, Louisville Forward With no one else desiring to speak, Chair Person Hamilton closed the public hearing at 4:06 PM. O-411-16 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A DEVELOPMENT AREA PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS OF KRS 65.7041- 65.7083 TO BE KNOWN AS THE FOURTH AND GUTHRIE DEVELOPMENT AREA, DESIGNATING THE METRO DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, INC. AS AN "AGENCY", ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A LOCAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE "RELEASED AMOUNT" PURSUANT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOCAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT, REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF REGULAR REPORTS TO LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF ANY OTHER DOCUMENTS AND THE TAKING OF ANY OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURPOSES AUTHORIZED BY THIS ORDINANCE.
