Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 4:05 PM.

members present. A quorum was established.

COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY, KENTUCKY AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT
FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $100,000 TO BE ADMINISTERED BY ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT FOR THE LOUISVILLE FARM TO TABLE PROGRAM.

AMENDED)

Benson, that this Ordinance be untabled.

A motion was made by Vice Chair Benson, seconded by Committee Member
Butler, that this Ordinance be amended as follows:
• Delete references to Commercial Quadricycle Zones
• Add Section 1 A. 5. Department of Public Works is the Louisville Metro
Department of Public Works or such other successor agency.
• Add Section 1 B. 3. v. Failure to comply with any other local, state, or federal
law.
• Add “, in consultation with the Department of Public Works,” after The
Department of Codes and Regulations in Section 1 C. 2.
• Add Section 1 C. 4. The Department of Codes and Regulations may place
additional conditions and limitations on any approved travel route. Such
conditions and limitations may include, but are not limited to, dates and time
of operation.
• Delete “picking up” in Section 1 G.
The motion to amend carried by a voice vote.
A motion was made by Committee Member Butler that this Ordinance be
tabled. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Ordinance was Tabled.
