A motion was made by Vice Chair Benson, seconded by Committee Member Denton, that this Resolution be amended by substitution to reflect the City of Jeffersontown not participating due to the company relocating to Eastpoint. The motion to amend by substutuion carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the amended Resolution was sent to Old Business. 2. Note: After the meeting, in consultation with the County Attorney's Office, the technical correction was revised to delete "ITS ASSESSED VALUE OF" in the title and leave $500 as is in the second to last WHEREAS. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar.
