Call to Order
Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 4:02 PM.

members present. A quorum was established.

STADIUM DISTRICT DEVELOPMENT AREA, DESIGNATING THE METRO
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, INC. AS AN "AGENCY", ADOPTING A DEVELOPMENT
PLAN, APPROVING ENTERING INTO A LOCAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT,
AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF THE "RELEASED AMOUNT" PURSUANT TO THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LOCAL PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT,
REQUIRING THE SUBMISSION OF REGULAR REPORTS TO
LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE

Council Members' questions.
A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee
Member Mulvihill, that this Ordinance be tabled.
The motion carried by a voice vote and the Ordinance was Tabled.

TO ACCEPT SAID GRANT IF AWARDED. (AS AMENDED).

A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee
Member Mulvihill, that this Resolution be recommended for approval.
Laura Ferguson, Louisville Forward, spoke to the item.
A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee
Member Mulvihill, that this Resolution be amended by replacing “renovate its”
with “construct a new” in the second WHEREAS and SECTION I. The motion to
amend carried by a voice vote.
The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the
amended Resolution was sent to Old Business.
Adjournment
Without objection, Chair Person Hamilton adjourned the meeting at 5:05 PM.
