A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee Member Mulvihill, that this Ordinance be tabled. The motion carried by a voice vote and the Ordinance was Tabled. A motion was made by Committee Member Butler, seconded by Committee Member Mulvihill, that this Resolution be amended by replacing “renovate its” with “construct a new” in the second WHEREAS and SECTION I. The motion to amend carried by a voice vote. The motion to recommend for approval carried by a voice vote and the amended Resolution was sent to Old Business.
