Chair Person Hamilton called the meeting to order at 4:03 PM.
Roll Call
Chair Person Hamilton introduced the committee members and non-committee
members present. A quorum was established.
Committee Member Mulvihill arrived at 4:13 PM and Committee Member
Denton arrived at 4:26 PM. Committee Member Butler left at 4:33 PM.
