Chair Person Yates and Committee Member Winkler stated they would abstain from voting due to perceived conflicts of interest. Chair Person Yates requested that Vice Chair Piagentini be added as a Co-Sponsor on the item. Chair Person Yates withdrew his sponsorship due to any perceived conflict of interest. The motion carried by the following vote and the Resolution was sent to Old Business: Yes: 4- Piagentini, Dorsey, George, and Ackerson Excused: 1- Engel Abstain: 2- Yates, and Winkler 5.
