A quorum was established. NOTE: All committee members and non-committee members attended the meeting virtually, except for Chair Person Yates who attended in Council Chambers. The following spoke to this item: - Briana Lyddane, Metro Public Health and Wellness The following was discussed: - This is a contract held for many years with Custom Data Processing - This is a sole source contract due to state mandate that this program is used within the Health Department The motion carried by the following vote and the Resolution was sent to the Consent Calendar: Yes: 7- Yates, Piagentini, Dorsey, Purvis, McCraney, Winkler, and Engel 3. Point of Personal Privilege At the conclusion of the vote, Vice Chair Piagentini took a point of personal privilege to encourage all committee and council members to attend the next Labor and Economic Development committee meeting as Chief Mary Ellen Weiderwohl, Louisville Forward, will present the Quarterly economic status report. Adjournment Without objection, Chair Person Yates adjourned the meeting at 3:14 p.m. *NOTE: Items sent to the Consent Calendar or Old Business will be heard before the full Council at the Metro Council Meeting on May 14, 2020.
