1. Minutes_01. Approval of minutes from the January 23, 2014 Land Development &
23.14 Transportation Committee meeting.
A motion was made by Commissioner Turner, seconded by Vice Chair Jarboe,
that the minutes from the January 23, 2014 Land Development & Transportation
Committee meeting be approved. The motion failed by the following vote:
Yes: 4- Chair Person Blake, Vice Chair Jarboe, Turner and Brown

permit the use of on-street parking spaces not

9.1.10.D, a Waiver from Chapter 10.2.4 to permit
the encroachments of and existing building and
paving into a required 15’ LBA along the
northwest property line, a Waiver from Chapter
