the rear access easement; Waiver #3 - Landscape waiver from chapter 10.3.6 to
allow the proposed building to encroach 10' at its closest point into the
required 40' scenic corridor setback. The motion carried unanimously.

the zoning boundary between OR-3 and C-2; Waiver #3 - Landscape waiver
from chapter 10.2.4 of the 2006 LDC to reduce the required landscape buffer
along the south property perimeter to allow parking and drive aisles to
encroach into a portion of the buffer; and Waiver #4 - Landscape waiver from
chapter 10.2.4.B of the 2006 LDC to allow utility easements to overlap required
landscape buffers by more than 50%. The motion carried unanimously.
