Request: Waivers to not provide a sidewalk along Knopp Avenue and

not to provide the pedestrian connection from the building entrance to the
right-of-way, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

Transportation Committee
A motion was made by Committee Member Blake, seconded by Committee
Member Turner, that Waiver #2, LDC Section 10.2.10 Table 10.2.6, to allow the
parking area and pavement to encroach into the required 15 foot VUA LBA's
along Knopp and Melton Avenues, be approved. The motion carried
unanimously.

A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee
Member Blake, that Waiver #3, LDC Section 10.2.10 and 10.2.11, to not provide
the required screening and tree planting along both Knopp and Melton
Avenues, be approved. The motion carried unanimously.

A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee
Member Blake, that Waiver #4, LDC Waiver of Sections 10.2.10 and Table
10.2.6, to eliminate the required 15 foot VUA LBA and plantings along the
unimproved Rowe Street frontage, be approved. The motion carried
unanimously.
