LDT_Mins_091015 A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Lewis that the September 10, 2015 LD&T Minutes be approved. The motion carried as follows: Yes: 3- Committee Member Blake, Committee Member Brown and Committee Member Lewis Abstain: 2- Committee Member Turner and Chair Person Jarboe New Business 2. 15MISC1006 Request: Waivers to not provide a sidewalk along Knopp Avenue and Melton Avenue; to not provide the required perimeter and VUA landscape buffer planting; and to reduce the tree canopy. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 5- Committee Member Blake, Committee Member Turner, Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Lewis and Chair Person Jarboe Louisville Metro Government Page 1 Land Development & Action Summary September 24, 2015 Transportation Committee A motion was made by Committee Member Blake, seconded by Committee Member Turner, that Waiver #2, LDC Section 10.2.10 Table 10.2.6, to allow the parking area and pavement to encroach into the required 15 foot VUA LBA's along Knopp and Melton Avenues, be approved. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 5- Committee Member Blake, Committee Member Turner, Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Lewis and Chair Person Jarboe A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Blake, that Waiver #3, LDC Section 10.2.10 and 10.2.11, to not provide the required screening and tree planting along both Knopp and Melton Avenues, be approved. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 5- Committee Member Blake, Committee Member Turner, Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Lewis and Chair Person Jarboe A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Blake, that Waiver #4, LDC Waiver of Sections 10.2.10 and Table 10.2.6, to eliminate the required 15 foot VUA LBA and plantings along the unimproved Rowe Street frontage, be approved. The motion carried unanimously. Yes: 5- Committee Member Blake, Committee Member Turner, Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Lewis and Chair Person Jarboe Waiver #5 was eliminated. 3. 15DEVPLAN1082 Request: Revised Detailed District Development Plan, Revised Preliminary Subdivision Plan and Waiver for Driveway Access on Collector Level Roadway Project Name: Orell Station Location: 7400 W.
