The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Commissioner Lindsey, Commissioner Brown, Commissioner Carlson and Chair Person Lewis Absent: 1- Commissioner Peterson A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Lindsey, that the Major Preliminary Subdivision be approved based on the evidence and testimony heard today and the staff report to include a condition that the left turn lane design complies with design requirements, note #3 on the plan be corrected concerning fire districts and the fire department having jurisdiction be contacted for comments concerning the length and design of the cul-de-sac prior to submitting construction drawings and delete condition of approval #16.
