Dock, AICP, Planner II A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Carlson, that tthe waiver of the Land Development Code, section 5.8.1.B to not provide sidewalks in the abutting right-of-way be denied. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Daniels, Committee Member Carlson, Vice Chair Peterson and Chair Person Lewis A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Carlson, that a waiver of the Land Development Code, section 7.3.30.B to allow detached homes to abut a private roadway be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Committee Member Brown, Committee Member Daniels, Committee Member Carlson, Vice Chair Peterson and Chair Person Lewis A motion was made by Committee Member Brown, seconded by Committee Member Carlson, that a Major Preliminary Subdivision Plan for 16 single family residential lots be approved with the conditions of approval on pages 7 and 8 of the staff report; removal of condition of approval #4 regarding signage for stub roads; addition of Option 1 (for gate) as presented by staff today; addition of condition of approval regarding bonding requirements for private roads; and on condition that the applicant work with staff to provide sidewalks on site or consider other available options.
