Online via Webex Louisville Metro Government Action Summary Land Development & Transportation Committee Thursday, October 8, 2020 1:00 PM Online via Webex Call To Order The following commissioners were present: Commissioners Brown, Carlson, Daniels, Peterson and Lewis Approval of Minutes 1. LDT_Mins_09.24.2020 Approval of the minutes for the September 24, 2020 Land Development and Transportation Committee public hearing. A motion was made by Commissioner Peterson, seconded by Commissioner Brown that the September 24, 2020 LD&T minutes be approved. The vote was as follows: YES: Commissioners Brown, Peterson and Lewis ABSTAIN: Commissioner Carlson NOT PRESENT AND NOT VOTING: Commissioner Daniels New Business 2. 20-STRCLOSURE-0013 Request: Closure of Public Right-of-Way Project Name: Magazine Street Apartments Alley Closure Location: Unnamed Alley off of 29th Street Owner: Louisville Metro Applicant: LDG Development Representative: Cliff Ashburner, Dinsmore & Shohl Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 5 - Donna Purvis Case Manager: Lacey Gabbard, AICP, Planner I A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Peterson that this case be placed on the Consent Agenda October 15, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. Inc. Representative: Land Design and Development Jurisdiction: Louisville Metro Council District: 8 - Brandon Coan Case Manager: Joel P. Dock, AICP, Planner II A motion was made by Commissioner Carlson, seconded by Commissioner Peterson that this case be continued to the October 15, 2020 Planning Commission meeting. There will be no additional testimony except discussion involving the Geo-technical Report.
