President Yates turned the Chair over to President Pro-Tem Hollander to
oversee the election of the Council President.
Election of Metro Council President - 2017
President Pro-Tem Hollander opened the nominations for Metro Council
President.
Council Member Flood nominated Council Member David Yates.
Council Member Stuckel nominated Council Member Stuart Benson.
Council Member Johnson motioned to close the nominations. Without

President Yates opened the floor for nominations.
Council Member Kramer nominated H. Stephen Ott.
H. Stephen Ott acquired the necessary votes and is the Clerk of the Metro
Council for 2017.
