Council Member Hollander stated that Troop 1 is the oldest continuously chartered Boy Scout Troop in Kentucky, and one of the five oldest troops in the nation. President James granted Council Member Benson a point of personal privilege to recognize and thank the medical staff at Jewish Hospital for taking care of his wife during an emergency visit.
