Special Proclamation
5. ID 18-0305
Council Member Woolridge presented a special proclamation recognizing the month of
March as Women's History Month.

President James granted Council Member Hollander a point of personal privilege to
recognize Boy Scout Troop 1 in attendance. Council Member Hollander stated that
Troop 1 is the oldest continuously chartered Boy Scout Troop in Kentucky, and one of
the five oldest troops in the nation.
President James granted Council Member Benson a point of personal privilege to
recognize and thank the medical staff at Jewish Hospital for taking care of his wife
during an emergency visit.

relationship with the appointee and to avoid any perceived appearance of a
conflict of interest.
