President James introduced Mayor Greg Fischer and invited him to present his
FY 2018-2019 Budget to the Metro Council.

Following the Mayor’s Budget Address President James called for a recess. Without objection
the Council entered into a recess at 4:52 PM.
Upon returning to Chambers, President James requested a motion to reconvene the Council. A
motion was made by Council Member Kramer, seconded by Council Member Engel to
reconvene. The motion carried without objection and the Council reconvened at 5:30 PM.
