President James vacated the Chair at 6:29 PM, handing the Chair over to President Pro-Tem Bryant Hamilton. President James recognized H. Stephen Ott, Clerk of the Council, and staff and presented a special proclamation in honor of Municipal Clerks Week. President James recognized Sophia White, Administrative Assistant, representing the Metro Council Business Office, and presented a special proclamation in honor of Administrative Specialist Week.
