Call to Order
President James called the meeting to order at 6:08 PM and asked all to rise
for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Roll Call
The Clerk called the roll. A quorum was established.
Council Member Leet arrived at 6:38 PM and Council Member Denton arrived
at 6:54 PM.
Council Member Aubrey Welch left at 8:00 PM; Council Member Butler left at
8:10 PM; Council Members Peden and Ackerson left at 8:24 PM and Council
Member Flood left at 8:25 PM. Council Member Bryant Hamilton left at 7:43 PM
and returned at 8:35 PM.

Council Member Butler spoke to the item and called for a Roll Call vote in
order to allow Council Member Kramer to abstain.
Council Member Kramer stated that he will be abstaining and said, "My
daughter is presently living in my home and has accepted a contract with
Centerstone. So she will be working, not with the Livingroom, but will be
working as a school based therapist, I'm very proud of her for that. So,
Centerstone is still Centerstone, so I'll be abstaining".
Without objection from the Primary Sponsor, Council Members Aubrey Welch,
Woolridge, Sexton Smith and President James were added as Co-Sponsors.
